Molecular gastronomy in United States!

Restaurants from all across Unites States are also beginning to be addicted to molecular gastronomy… Here are two examples:

1) Alinea in Chicago
The chef Grant Achatz, named one of the 10 ‘best new chefs in America’ has created this succesful restaurant in Chicago. According to the newspaper “Newcity”, “People are flying in from with the specific goal of dining at Alinea”

2) Enso

According to the Miami New Times, “Enso is an evolutionary solutions workshop which creates the scientific study of deliciousness.”
