“Broken” Artichoke heart with an anchovie blanket and Lemon and Pepper Cocktail Pearls
1 jar of artichokes
1 tin of Anchovies
1 Lemon and Pepper capsules
– With the help of a big and well sharpened knife, cut the artichoke heart in halves and cut the end so that it stays straight on the plate.
– With the help of the same knife, create a gap inside the artichokes in order to create a space where you will put the Cocktail Pearls
– Decorate and season with the Lemon and Pepper Cocktail Pearls in the “gap” made inside the artichoke.
– Accompany with a delicious refreshment with friends, family or your beloved one!
